What is girl talk all about?

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009

Greetings Ladies,

Over the course of the past few months I have had the opportunity to share the wisdom that God has given unto me in several forums. One that I particularly like is the internet. Why? I feel that it is a place where people can be free to be themselves without feeling as though they are being looked at as if they are underneath a  microscope. It is in no way a replacement for the scripture found in Hebrews 10:25 ( New Living Translation)

” And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near”

It is important for us to come together corporately to encourage one another and to Worship the King. This forum is just another avenue of ministry. While some are stuck in traditional methods, I am open to following the leading of the Holy Spirit. In this venue I hope to create an atmosphere where women can feel free to express themselves, ask questions, receive answers and grow in Christ all while developing relationships with sisters who have something in common “ A LOVE FOR CHRIST”. We are in the information age full of vast arrays of technology and it is my prayer that this vein that we are flowing in will be an asset to you and the body of Christ. Below you will find a link for the website for Delivered For Destiny Ministries, upon clicking the link their are several selections that you can choose from. Just Click on Girl Talk. There will be a topic for the month that will be up for discussion. Topics will be posted by the 5th of each month. Please feel free to select add your comments and do just that add your comments, questions or suggestions. Please keep in mind that this is a site that is seeking to build women up NOT tear them down. With that said I want to remind you that we need to be cognizant of what we say and the words we use to convey our messages. The Elders of the ministry will provide scriptural references when necessary and we are always available to you for prayer.

I do realize that many of you have your own ministries that you are committed too, this is in no way trying to pull you away from your ministry to join a ministry. This is not about joining forces. This is about building the Kingdom and equipping women to be the Great Women that God has called each of us to be. I look foreword to sharing with you in the near future.
