It never ceases to amaze me how easily we can become out of balance and off focus by the situations that arise within our lives. Rather than go into a mode of prayer, many resolve to whine and complain as if that alone is going to bring a resolution to the situation at hand. Even some of the most disciplined intercessors can become a victim to the infectious infiltration of a seed called discord and disconnect. It is when we come to look at things through our spiritual eyes as opposed to our natural eyes that we will find ourselves looking to the Father for strength to press our way through the hallways of transition and move us out of the lane of discord and disconnect onto the freeway of deliverance.
I can speak on this because I moved from a place of victim to the seat of victor. When you come to know that God is in control and that despite what it looks like the enemy won’t win because you’re in the midst of a fixed fight, you will find that the stuff that used to affect you no longer infects you. Life has a tendency to fall in a place of checks and balances and it is when you allow the spirit of God to check you and the anointing of God to balance you that you find yourself in a position to counteract the tactics of the enemy utilizing your weapon of choice. I personally like to tackle the enemy with a combination of prayer and praise. I have found that, that particular combination tends to confuse the enemy greatly. The enemy can’t seem to wrap his finite mind around the fact the though I might go through the fire, I will not come out smelling like smoke why? Because the mighty Christ that rest, rules and abides in me already provided my way of escape for me. It’s because I understand that the trap was set in order to throw me off of course and to prevent me from fulfilling destiny and therefore I won’t settle for less than what has been promised to me through the word of God. So through the power of God and in the name of Jesus I bankrupt Satan’s account and every contractual agreement that he has attempted to place upon my life has been canceled at Calvary. The fight was fixed.
When you find that balance has seemed to escape you due to some unforeseen circumstances I charge you to remember who the battle belongs to. When you find yourself consumed and operating in a spirit of conformity I challenge you to step back and reassess the place that you are in and then transform yourself in accordance to the Word of God. Begin to call forth things into existence that have been previously non-existent. You don’t have to dwell in your circumstances when God has already given you the victory. You might feel as though you are down, but remind yourself that your not out. Who has the final say? God has the final say. Don’t allow the smokescreen that the enemy has put up blind you. Don’t allow yourself to loose sight of they goal that is before you. Keep reminding yourself that when God has given you a vision, he will release the provision to bring it to manifestation. Your breakthrough is in your obedience to do what God has commanded you to do therefore you can’t loose focus.
